ConImage.com contracted this Web development project on behalf of dRx Capital, a Novartis venture capital Website. It was built in Drupal 8 with a theme customized from More Than (Just) Themes. It is a good example of taking a base Drupal 8 Bootstrap theme and customizing it to meet a client's unique project requirements.  For example, the portfolio page specifically required creating a custom block using a Twig file and then writing custom CSS code to create the mouse over text that included a button with a link.
